We are partnering with a well-established and growing equipment dealership in New Brunswick that supports the agriculture and construction industries. As they prepare for a busy season, they are looking to add a Parts Counter Representative to their team near Moncton, NB.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, service-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Identify, source, and recommend parts using electronic catalogues and systems
- Process sales transactions, generate invoices, and manage parts returns/credits
- Maintain accurate inventory control and support stock organization
- Assist with receiving and shipping, including loading/unloading freight (forklift operation as required)
- Promote parts and contribute to achieving departmental sales targets
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a parts, retail, or customer service role (equipment or automotive industry considered an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and/or knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is an asset
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotational weekends and occasional evenings
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving parts
