We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman / Project Lead to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality hardscape and landscape construction projects. What You’ll Be DoingWhat You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee large-scale hardscape and landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Coach, mentor, and support Lead Hands and field technicians
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, layouts, and project designs
- Direct excavation, grading, and site preparation activities
- Monitor productivity and utilize technology to track crew performance and project hours
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Take initiative to solve problems and keep projects moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and project coordination
- Ability to lead crews effectively while maintaining a positive team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Experience operating heavy equipment is considered a strong asset
- Experience with GPS survey equipment is considered an asset
