On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment. This is a temporary contract role (8–12 weeks) covering a leave period, with an immediate start required.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted role, enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with office operations, and is comfortable supporting senior leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while acting as a trusted partner to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate meetings, team lunches, and internal events to support a positive workplace culture
- Manage incoming mail, including sorting, scanning, and secure storage
Executive Support
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and restaurant reservations (Canada & U.S.)
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Manage correspondence and prioritize communications effectively
- Support basic finance-related tasks such as weekly cheque deposits
- Prepare travel documentation and letters as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in executive assistance, office management, or administrative support
- Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree) is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools
- Experience coordinating events and managing logistics

Additional Requirements
- Must be based in Prince Edward Island and available to work on-site, 5 days per week in downtown Charlottetown for an 8 - 12 week term
