We are seeking a Vice President of Sales Technologies & Marketing to lead our client’s strategic initiatives and ensure our market presence remains strong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic marketing and Intelligence Solutions (Precision Ag) plans for new and used equipment and aftermarket solutions.
• Oversee content creation across all marketing channels to maintain brand consistency and reach.
• Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives.
• Analyze current market trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of competitive offerings.
• Partner with various departments to develop customer-focused solutions and share expertise on precision agriculture products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
• Support staff in understanding and utilizing available equipment technologies.
• Develop and retain key talent focused on customer support and engagement.
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering career development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the agriculture industry.
• Experience in dealership sales, service, training, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Ability to identify and respond to emerging customer needs and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Ag Mechanization, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
