We are currently looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for a Manufacturing Client located near Grand Falls NB.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach the electrical maintenance staff and hold employees accountable for results.
• Leads troubleshooting and optimization of equipment and process control.
• Promote high health, safety & environment standards and operate within the Occupational Health and Safety Act at all times.
• Plan and organize training of the electrical maintenance staff.
• Plan and organize the work of the electrical department.
• Make recommendations to improve existing equipment or processes.
• Promote good relations and communications between E&I team and operations
• Ensure the department operates within the agreed budgets.
• Issue purchase requisitions and requests for PO's.
• Ensure all electrical parts are maintained as the stock levels and the location in stores is constantly monitored and updated.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports.

Qualifications:

• Valid Red Seal Certification (Electrician or Instrumentation) or Engineering.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed oriented and possess strong problem solving skills.
• Must be flexible to meet changing needs within the business.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Bilingual (French & English) would be a definite asset.
