Job Description:

The role would include ensuring management guidelines are followed by enforcing policies and procedures, implementing orientation and training programs, benefits administration, job evaluations and resolving employee issues. The role will also include issuing payroll to employees in accordance with federal and provincial legislation and updating payroll records.

Job Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources.
  • Experience in payroll and data entry.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Workers Compensation guidelines.
  • Experience in benefits administration.
  • Communication, organization and reporting skills.
