Job Description:

Challenge  :


·          Actively participate as a generalist in all Human Resources activities

·          Inform employees about the company’s various policies and procedure and answer their questions

·          Create and maintain personnel file and maintain up-to-date various databases

·          Administrative support for payroll, benefits, group insurance, RRSP’s and health claim

·          Assist and advice managers in the recruitment process

·          Identification of recruitment sources, publication of job offer, search of candidates

·          Prepare contracts and inform candidate

·          Facilitate and coordinate the integration of new employees

·          Collaborate in supporting the working hours schedule of the various departments

·          Collaborate in the development and the implementation of the various HR team projects

·          Perform any other task and/or projects assigned by a member of management

Requirements:

·          University or college education in business administration and/or human resources

·          At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial and/or unionized manufacturing environment

·          Experience in a manufacturing industry would be an asset

·          CPHR/CRHA designation would be an asset

·          Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools  :  Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

·          Good Knowledge of UKG or other similar payroll system is an asset

·          Any other combination of training and experience in human resources may be considered
