Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and distribute the technology procedures for contracting
  • Audit current systems and develop plans for potential system replacement, upgrades, or integrations.
  • Act as main point of contact for department for all contract system issues, while liaising with the IT department
  • Act as main point of contact and manage relationships with contracting system vendors
  • Collect, update, and manage each department requirement for each contract system
  • Develop business guides and training for templates and playbooks
  • Develop and manage performance of contract systems and study success metrics associated with the process


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years experience with contracting processes and systems
  • Understanding of CLM and contracting workflows and processes
  • Successful track record of change management
  • Excellent skills in communications
  • Desire to work independently in a demanding and fast-paced environment
